2. SUBJECT
The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Consumers No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of the product, the qualities and sales price of which are specified below, which the BUYER has ordered electronically via the kanvascanta.com.tr website belonging to the SELLER.

4. DELIVERY AND PERFORMANCE
4.1. The product is sent to the delivery address specified by the BUYER during the order.
4.2. The product is delivered as soon as possible after order confirmation, provided that it does not exceed the legal period of 30 days.
4.3. Shipping costs belong to the BUYER unless otherwise stated.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (RETURN CONDITIONS)
5.1. The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of receipt of the product without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.
5.2. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, notification must be made to the SELLER in writing via e-mail or communication channels within this period.
5.3. Within the scope of the right of withdrawal, the product to be returned must be:
• Unused,
• Not have lost its resaleability,
• Sent together with its original packaging and invoice.
5.4. Within 14 days from the receipt of the withdrawal notice by the SELLER, the product price shall be refunded to the BUYER using the same payment method used by the BUYER.
6. EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products:
• Custom-printed products prepared in line with the BUYER's special requests or personal needs
• Products that are not suitable for return in terms of hygiene
• Products whose packaging has been opened and cannot be resold
In particular, returns are not accepted for personalized/custom-printed, named, logoed, or custom-manufactured products.
7. GENERAL PROVISIONS
7.1. The BUYER acknowledges that they have read and been informed about the basic characteristics, sales price, and payment method of the product subject to the agreement and have given the necessary confirmation in the electronic environment.
7.2. If it is determined that the product is damaged or defective during delivery, the situation must be immediately recorded by the cargo officer with a report.
7.3. In disputes that may arise from this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are authorized within the monetary limits determined by the Ministry of Trade each year.
8. ENFORCEMENT
When the BUYER places an order through the kanvascanta.com.tr website, they are deemed to have accepted all terms of this agreement.
